Qube has a built-in patented centrifuge, the QFuge, enabling the cells to be kept in medium and hence long unattended experiments with success rates. The insert is the disposable QFuge tube.

• Cells are spun down and released from the medium
• Cells are re-suspended in saline before transfer to the QChip to ensure clean conditions in the QChip
• 5 ml content to allow the optimal final cell density for the experiment
