RD(TE671)-nAChR a1 on QPatch

It has been shown that the human muscle cell line TE671 has an endogenous nicotinic acetylcholine alpha 1 receptor (nAChRα1) (Morris et al,. 1991). TE671 cells have therefore been used for experiments with nAChRα1 as a target. This brief report describes the experimental set-up of TE671 and nAChRα1 on the QPatch.
