Translational Studies on Anti-Atrial Fibrillatory Action of Oseltamivir by its in vivo and in vitro Electropharmacological Analyses

Oseltamivir can exert a powerful anti-AF action through its ideal multi-channel blocking effects on I_K, A_Ch, I_Kr and I_Na.

Although developing a novel formulation that can reduce the effective dose against AF may be mandatory, oseltamivir would be a promising seed compound for developing efficacious and safe anti-AF drugs.
