心臓のイオンチャネル

心臓の活動電位は複数のイオンチャネルの出力によって成り立っています。心臓のイオンチャネルは、QT延長症候群(LQTS)と呼ばれる心臓血管疾患の標的であり、また薬物の心臓安全性評価の重要な対象でもあります。
